CAREER GOAL
MLS perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing, monitoring, treating and preventing disease. These tests have a wide range of areas; blood banking, chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology.

– Managing and organizing.
– Perform, Improve and review monthly CV and QC using state of art tools (Analytical goal, Biological variation, Westgard rules, Standard Deviation Index (SDI), Coefficient of Variation (CVR), Six Sigma, and Test Risk assessment to build Individual Quality control Plan (IQCP)).
